Of course! It’s your story and your choice. There are other ways of sharing your stories anonymously or we can use a different name.

We understand that it’s a very personal thing that some people may not be comfortable sharing, so you can choose to be completely anonymous, or you can choose to be interviewed by the media – the choice is yours to make, and you will never be asked to do something you’re not comfortable with.

What kind of stories are you looking for?

We’d love to hear from anyone who has received help from us, who has a prepayment meter or lives off the gas grid and relies on alternative fuel sources such as oil, LPG,  coal etc.

Where will my story be used?

You can choose how your story will be used.

We often get contacted by the media asking to speak to people who are living in fuel poverty, so it could be that your story is used in the press, if you agree for it to be of course, or it could be used as part of our campaign on social media or in a report or blog – it’s your choice.
